Heather divides her time between these many demands and is currently using a lean business model to expand Effective Entrepreneurs. In 2024, my MARSTA Goals™ framework is starting to have a major impact on how people set and achieve their goals. Through the work I did during lockdown, I was asked to give a talk about goals – we have moved on from the outdated SMART method and I put out some radical ideas. This led to me immediately to start writing a book on my new methodology and I’m now starting to disrupt this space with my new model and App! I’m excited to bring this to businesses, students, teams and more. At Effective Entrepreneurs, I’m building a community of people who value the new MARSTA Goals™ insights and how they take account of their individuality when planning and strategising and taking action. I want to continue to pay it forwards to grow a supportive network that enables others to thrive and work consistently to achieve THEIR visions of success.
